Convenient and close parking (you do have to pay, but it was inexpensive), friendly desk staff, a spacious locker room with robes and sandles and clean well stocked facilities. The service rooms were comfortable, although the music stopped during my service; to have it fixed would have required my masseuse leave the service to find someone, thus cutting into my time, so I didn't say anything. I don't know if the masseuse was chatty because the music stopped or just is chatty.
This place is the best for all services in hair! I go here for my routine cuts, colors and styling and the service/staff is beyond compare!!! Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. The stylists are always willing to work with you and get you the perfect result. My favorite salon!!!
Good cuts and colors, but they don’t give you a blow dry after coloring, you are sent to a little station to do it yourself. I’m sorry, but for about $150/hr i expect more. Plus I ALWAYS have to wait for my appointment and they have a super weird set up where you have to take off your shirt and put on a coat in a closet before dying. It’s kinda creepy.
