“We bought a fixer-upper 1960's home and I've done much of the work on it myself. Contracting anything out is always my last resort. However, I met my match with the concrete floors on my patio, basement and garage which were covered in 60 years worth of tile and carpet adhesives, oil stains, cracks, pits, paint, and God knows what else. I called a few flooring specialists in the area and spoke with their secretaries. Then I called DCE and Justin the co-owner answered, he was even able to came out to my home the same day, look at the job, and offer his expertise. I liked that he quickly understood my needs, educated me, and reccomended a plan - grind everything, repair cracks, epoxy flake the garage + basment, and seal the concrete patio then add silica skid-free sand. Based on my market research, I knew that the quote he offered for the work was very reasonable. DCE's other co-owner Jordan and his crew (all really excellent guys) completed the project quickly, but with the utmost care and attention to detail. Their results were phenominal! “We had the privilege of having this company come to our home. We contacted, them the Monday after Easter as we had a shower leak, shower had no shut off. Within a half an hour they came out to access the job. We found Joe very responsive, quite knowledgeable ; he was very polite and took the time to answer any questions. The next morning, he arrived very promptly! His work is exceptional, he is very neat and quite thorough, explaining every step. He tried to fix the problem but our unit was old and beyond repair! “I had our first floor renovated in the house my grandparents bought in 1949. Underneath the dining room and hallway carpet were the original floors made of Oak and Pine respectively. Floors I had never seen before until the renovation. The hallway floors also had tile on them which was underneath the carpet. Lucky all the floors were still in pretty good shape. My original kitchen contractor had pulled up the carpet and tile and sanded them. However, we parted ways before the job was done and I reached out to AC&T to do the floors because of their great reviews. It was true. Kevin amd his team are great! Kevin initially came out and looked at my floors, talked to me about what I wanted to do, made suggestions. The price for us was good and so we booked with them. We stayed in an airbnb for a few days while they worked on the floors because I was having them stained and we wouldn't be able to walk on them.The team came in and re-sanded all the floors including the steps and made them so much better. They also reinforced the steps and filled in any wood gaps all around. I was quite pleased with their work and would highly recommend to others.Kevin and his team are totally professional and get the job done.“

“I needed new carpet in a home I bought recently. So where do I look? At one of the big name home improvement stores where I dealt with four different people, and it took some time before I got a quote. I asked to make a change before signing the contract, and they never got back to me with an updated quote or new contract. I got tired of waiting.I found Carpet Dimensions on Google maps and stopped in to check them out. They had a huge selection of carpet, far greater than where I first looked. The salesperson at the store was very knowledgeable of the different types of carpet. Even though I had brought in measurements of my room and the stairs that I needed carpeted, the salesman insisted that someone come out and take measurements. We arranged an appointment. They gave me some samples to take home so I could select the right colors.Robert showed up at my door and took measurements. I asked him a few questions and he was able to answer them easily. He wrote up a quote, which came in significantly lower than what the big name home improvement store had given me even though the carpet I had picked out was a better quality than what I had picked out in the other store. We arranged for installation.Unlike the home improvement stores or other national carpet retailers, Carpet Dimensions has their own crew for installing carpets. They came in, removed my existing carpeting, and installed carpet on two different sets of stairs and my finished basement in just a few hours. The installers were very polite and courteous.My overall experience with Carpet Dimensions was excellent. The carpet they installed feels incredible under my feet. If I ever need carpet again, I will certainly be going back. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing new carpeting.“
