My experience with Floors by Napoli went above and beyond any generic 5 star rating could show you. From the first call explaining the work I needed to have done, to them coming out and explaining the process and what it was going to take was super easy. I really appreciated the honesty on the work and what it was going to look like and them giving me the utmost certainty that they could deliver what I was looking for and THEY DID! They have a great crew who came in like one well oiled machine and it really felt like they were in an out before I could even blink an eye. My husband and I highly recommend floors By Napoli! We worked with Carmen and his team to install gorgeous hardwood floors on our first level and high quality carpeting on the second floor, which turned out simply beautiful! Carmen was very flexible to bring over samples not just once, but twice to help us select our flooring choices. His team’s communication during installation was exceptional and they took care to clean up after they left and treat our home as if it were their own. We couldn’t be happier with their work and plan to use them in the future when we finish our basement.

Floors by Napoli did an amazing job on our floors . Very knowledgeable and great at communicating what needs to be done . No surprise cost. We had a good amount of fixing to be done and they did an awesome job and we can not be happier with the results. Not only did they do a good job but they were fair priced. I would highly recommend Floors by Napoli .
