Dave at the Bristol location was so helpful; we had no idea the manufacturer of the shower water diverter that we needed to replace. He took a picture of the part and said he would get back to us the next day, which he did. You don’t get that kind of personal help at Home Depot or Lowes. It was a reminder of the old days - personal customer service! THANK YOU for your help!
