When he came out the water was running and He found nothing wrong. Instead of charging me an emergency call fee, he would not take a dime. It is refreshing to know that there are still good honest people in the world. He will get all of my plumbing work from now on.“

Was worried about having to keep checking the driveway because Avanti gave us a 4-hour arrival window when I booked yesterday, but they texted today to let me know when the plumber, Eric, was on his way. Eric was friendly and he seems very experienced and knowledgeable. He walked me through solutions and even gave preliminary costs for fixtures/parts, so we'd have an idea of what we're looking at spending. Would've preferred to get the auto "leave a review" prompt after the work was done lol, but overall so far, would recommend!“

I had a clogged condensate pipe that caused moderate flooding in basement. “Al was a lifesaver! Had a section of radiant baseboard heating that I needed fixed, and Al was able to get out to me within 2 days, repaired the section of heating, ran water through, confirmed everything was ship shape, and he was back out all within an hour.

Extremely knowledgeable, taught me how to maintain my radiant baseboard heating, boiler, hot water feeds, and generally left me a more prepared and knowledgeable homeowner. “To fix a recurring flooding problem with our backyard patio, Troy Kelius dug a 200-foot-long trench from the patio to the front street and installed in it a catch basin and perfectly pitched 4-inch PVC pipe to carry away excess rain water via gravity. To minimize lawn damage, Troy used relatively light machinery and even hand tools. The clean up was thorough and complete, including a generous amount of grass seed and straw on the lawn "scar." He did all this himself in less than 3 days and at a price more than reasonable. Not only is Troy amazingly competent, thoroughly professional, and unquestionably honest, he is also a very nice person: always prepared to listen, willing to explain, and just a pleasure to talk with. We cannot recommend Troy Kelius highly enough.“

He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater.
