First time we used him, he was awesome. I even recommended him to my parents & he did their work right away. I called for a second repair and never heard back so we called a different plumber who said Al the Plumber retired (lied to get the business), then months later Al the Plumber finally called back. We had more work to do so he came out a few months ago w a contractor (Harris) to redo our bathroom but now it’s been months, the bathroom is already redone, and we still haven’t heard back from Al the Plumber or Harris. Our water heater started to leak and he responded to our call and installed a new one the next day, Saturday. After 3 months the thermostat stopped working. He again responded very quickly and said he would install a new thermostat the next day. He did that at no charge. He is very friendly, and professional. Couldn't ask for more.

Great plumber! Al returned my initial call quickly, he was polite and professional. On my appointment day he was running late but called to let me know. He showed up later in the day and took care of our clogged drain line. Even though it was harder than normal Al charged me exactly what was quoted. Fair price, great service!Service: Sewer repair
