“We called Steward Maintenance for an issue where our older KitchenAid gas oven wasn't lighting. Everything about the experience was excellent. Called on a Tuesday and the technician visited on Wednesday morning. The technician, Antwain, was top notch. He explained everything clearly and diagnosed the issue as a problem with a control board. He even searched the internet for the replacement part when it wasn't available from the manufacturer anymore, and then advised us on the cost/benefit tradeoff. He gave us other helpful advice like making sure the oven was plugged into a GFI outlet. He was patient with us and gave us a lot of practical advice about replacing the stove, and was able to address the issue with the oven ignition. We're able to use the oven now until we can replace it. Very reasonable cost for the service visit and very careful/respectful about our home. Thanks Antwain. Would go above 5 stars if I could. “We used the Self Clean feature on our 6 year old range and it finished the oven door would not unlock. After my husband's troubleshooting via the manual and speaking to the manufacturer, we called Reed's who are on the manufacturer's technician list. The senior tech came out and diagnosed we needed a new electronic door lock and high capacity fuse. The tech called the office who looked up the parts, gave a quote and estimated time for part delivery, a week. Reed's called to follow up when the part would arrive and called us with a status and expected delivery. When it arrived they scheduled a tech to come out the next day and he installed quickly, tested it and all works! Thank you for the responsiveness, customer service and efficient repair!“
“Our dryer was making a loud noise. I looked up the issue in advance so he could bring the correct parts needed to fix it. Rob came out quick upon our initial phone call. He was pleasant and professional. I was taken aback by the price quite honestly. I've paid for appliance repairs for years.
