What a great experience. Our oven stopped getting hot a week before Thanksgiving and the manufacturer's service line was not helpful. I emailed Steward and they responded quickly to schedule a service visit.They were able to work with our schedule within 24 hours, Antoine arrived on-time with all of the necessary parts based on my description of the problem. He was able replace the faulty parts and the holidays are back on! Will definitely be our first call if we ever need additional repairs.5 stars.Service: Oven repair

Had them come out to take a look at our freezer which wasn't cooling. Messaged them online and received an immediate response, and tech was out within 1-2 hours. Tech was very personable, discovered the issue, and recommended getting a new fridge as fixing the problem would be costly. Gave us a 2nd option as well but told us it was a band-aid and we'd be back in the same situation within the year. Appreciated his honestly. Very thorough and explained everything well, and gave good recommendations in which model to consider moving forward. All in all a very good experience and will definitely use again.
