“Twenty years after I brought Jesse my cat to Indian Valley Animal Hospital. Dr Carran and Melissa took care of him for his last day. He came there after birth with a bad illness and they cured him.They all signed a card to send to me with their compassion. I am very lucky to have had him for 20 years, and to have had these fine girls help him and me on his final day“

My only complaint is they do not answer the phone or return messages. After trying to contact them for a couple weeks I had to drive over to schedule an appointment“

“We have been going to schwenksville vet for about 8 years. Front desk staff is friendly. The office is clean. Wait times are typically minimal. The nurses and doctors always get down and greet our dogs. It does take a while to schedule a well visit, but other visits are easy to schedule. I had to use other vet offices for my foster pup for coverage reasons - it was an eye-opener. Schwenksville vet is all around a great choice for vetininary care!“

“My daughter’s bunny was so important to her. We rescued her after she was dumped. Her bunny got very sick overnight and this vet got us an immediate appt in a snow storm, did everything they could for her and then needed to put her to sleep to end her suffering. It was not even a huge cost. They were so kind to my daughter and sent her this lovely card with many hand written notes from the staff. I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for helping ease my baby through her first loss. Your kindness will never be forgotten.“

“Back in July, I had to bring my kitty Squash in for a CT scan and liver shunt ligation surgery. Doctor LK was very realistic about the possible risks of the surgery (post op seizures, blindness, etc.), but also let me know that surgery was the gold standard of care to ensure he lives a long, happy, healthy life. Prior to surgery, he was on several medications (up to 9 times a day based on how his medication schedule fell,) on a protein restricted diet and had to have frequent bloodwork due to having consistent elevations in his ammonia levels. He's been 100% medication free for almost 7 months, can now eat all the treats he never got to have before, and as of yesterday, his bloodwork showed his liver enzymes and ammonia levels are in perfect range. I couldn't be more thankful for all of the lovely techs, reception team and Dr. LK for what they did to help my little boy. Since then, Squash has gone from being an only child to having 3 happy, healthy kitty sisters that he adores. He wouldn't be here without you guys. (He also sincerely apologizes to anyone that he tried to bite!)“

“The Yelp reviews here are mostly pretty old. I have only been a customer since September 2022 but I have been very satisfied. My puppy was seen here for his first puppy visit because our vet of 30Years was not returning phone calls during covid. He's a wonderful vet but my frustration at not being able to reach anyone at his office was maddening and upsetting. Almost all vets were jammed up and short handed during covid so I forgive him but ignoring my dog's health issues is just not acceptable to me after 30 years . The Banfield vets are organized. You don't get the same vet for each visit but if the 3 we have seen all were nice, attentive, patient with my questions. Our dog was neutered here and they did an excellent job with zero issues. As a side note, I could not get any groomer to return my calls or schedule grooming but I got my dog into the Petsmart groomer and they did a very nice job for a reasonable price. I had been scared to use them in the past due to terrible reviews but things seem to have improved.“

The tech Ashley was soooo good and so sweet to my cat. It was clear that she very much cares for and loves every animal that she works with. And Dr. Figurelle was very knowledgable and helpful too! Tiffany loved Corinne who had a gentle way with her. Exactly 3 weeks after skin cultures our Tiffany is finally relieved of her itchy, bloody, scabby skin. She’s happy and playing with toys again. I found Bridgeport inexpensive for things done right the first time. Thanks for saving our baby. She very social now.“
