Truly the best veterinarian for cats. Dr. Small is so gentle with the cats - and she takes her time explaining everything to the owner. If your cat is sick, she will work with you on a treatment plan, offering you all available options, including pros and cons of each, so, together, you can make the right decisions for your cat. I've never had a vet who was so highly skilled and so compassionate. And her office staff is also kind and wonderful.

The day my sister recommended Dr. Small for my cats was the luckiest day for me and them. I continue to recommend her highly to everyone I know who have cats. Her kindness and care toward them makes me feel secure, knowing they are receiving the best treatment, whether for a problem, or just an annual visit. The staff is courteous to me, and also try to relax my cats if they seem stressful from their journey to the office. Their follow up calls the day after a treatment, to see if they are okay, means a lot to me and will to you, also, if you are trying to find a great doctor for your cats.

Best veterinarian we've ever had! And I've had cats - and vets- for decades. Dr. Small is very knowledgeable, considerate, caring and kind. She's great with cats AND people! I can't say enough good things about her! She is available to her patients' owners to discuss concerns we have. She offers choices of treatment options, answering our questions to help us understand and make informed decisions. She has gotten back to us even when she's not been in the office. She's left messages for us to allay our concerns when we were away. There WAS a period in the past year that she was very, very busy and it wasn't so easy to get an appointment as it had been before. I'm sorry to hear about the bad experience the above person had. The present staff are all lovely and helpful. They get back to us relaying information from the vet when she's away from the office for a period of time. They are always helpful and courteous. I have recommend Le Chat to others, and they have uniformly been pleased.
