“Timely, professional and found what needed fixed. I had another HVAC company out that couldn't find what was leaking and wanted to charge me $150.00 an hr.
to start tearing stuff out to find leak. Gault technician came took his time and found issue and instead of just rushing to get a fix wanted to contact his boss to make sure we fix it the right and most efficient way.

“I give them 5 stars. Would have them come back again. I have a 2-10 home warranty plan. Was referred to Superior heating and cooling by 2-10. Can not believe the low scores. I am a Happy customer. And I'm picky and meticulous. Did not read the reviews till I went to write this review.
They came out about 2 weeks ago to look at the furance. Said I needed a new one. Installed today July 15 2024. Jim was very knowledgeable, work was done in a timely fashion, pleasant to talk to, answered all my questions. Very neat, and they cleaned up mess before they left. Everything was back the way they found it. Happy customer. ?“
