He was able to help me troubleshoot right over the phone and got my issue resolved without the need for a service call. “I never write reviews (good or bad), it's not really my thing. However, I have had multiple experiences with Thompson now and, I have nothing but great things to say about how they handled my issues with my Carrier Furnace. I probably did know a little more about my issues than some folks would and, was able to explain what I THOUGHT was wrong and, what I already did to try to fix my issues. That being said, all of the staff I have spoken with on the phone have been professional and, assisted in any way possible to help. Lastly, Nate has been the tech. at my house each time and, he's great at what he does ...even though he's a Browns fan. No need to go with anyone else in the Youngstown area.“
