Josh was great! When my heavily used kitchen sink decided it wanted to back up while cleaning up after dinner, I gave Josh a call. Josh swung by the next day and cleared my drain in a jiffy.I explained how I maintain my sink with regular cleaning, but not having my drains cleaned after purchase of the house it was just years of buildup.Never pour grease down the drain, you are just asking for trouble.I have a new “I know a guy” now - Thanks Josh! Josh has bailed me out of trouble a couple of times with my old gas furance. The first time it broke down, I suggested that I probably needed a new system, and he came out and replaced a small part that returned the system to operation (flame igniter). The second time, Josh diagnosed the problem over the phone and suggested a DIY solution that took 3 minutes and worked! I cannot offer a better review. I'm glad Aiken & Sons is local and available.Service: Heating system repair

I was extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism from Aiken and Sons. Josh arrived early, was expedient, and tidied up while he was working and afterwards. He even answered many of my questions and explained things as he went. Additionally, the pricing I received was very, very fair and the quality of work very thorough.
