Dave is very professional. Shows up on time and does an excellent job. He goes above and beyond and cares about his customers. He had our hot water heater replaced with a new high quality water heater very timely. I am very appreciative of his hard work!

We had a problem with our heater right in the middle of a cold spell and David not only answered the phone, he figured out what the problem was and had the part and the heater fixed the first time. We appreciate that kind of reasonably priced service. Thank YouService: HVAC system maintenance

I'll preface this review with the fact that I deal with contractors on a daily basis. Williams Heating and Cooling is one of the best contractors I've had the pleasure of working with. Dave the owner came to our home and sized our house properly for a new heat pump system. He offered us a free estimate with several options to help the system fit into our budget. His price was the lowest I received from other contractors. We set a date for him to start and on that date he showed up with the entire system ready to be installed.
