They listened to our goals and led us in the right direction without pushing a sale. All communication and service were prompt. The installation team worked hard to pull and dispose of the existing carpet, level the floor, and install ~500 sq ft of vinyl tile with quarter round edging, all within one day. The room looks stellar! When the job was complete, we mentioned to Eric that we were looking for an area rug and he kindly gave us a nice area rug that was left over from a previous job free of charge.
