I called to get info about refinishing the floors of a home that I was sellingI spoke with Ryan, who was polite and helpful. He explained their process to me and how they estimate their pricing. He was not pushy or condescending, simply genuine in his dealings with me. I would highly recommend this company .

I want to give a “ Shout Out” to Ryan and his amazing team at Mr Sandless. We contracted to have our bedrooms in a split level ( vintage 1950 s home) refinished. We were assigned to James who worked non stop for three days with two assistants Kyle and Brandy! They arrived exactly when they said each morning and worked tirelessly for the next 8 hours . They had the misfortune of it being a terrible coastal storm and they put down tarps and wore booties and treated my home with great respect. I must admit…at first, I was skeptical but also curious to try this approach to refinishing floors. I wasn’t sure how this process would compare to sanding, but we had our floors redone today with Mr. Sandless at one of our rental apartments and I am very happy with the results! We even had a repair that needed to be done and I’m delighted with the outcome. The crew that came was efficient, respectful and polite. Communication and doing business with Ryan was pleasant, easy and fair. He answered all my questions and scheduled our project quickly. Everything went seamlessly!
