“I came to Academy Injury & Health in November of 2022 when I experienced an neck issue that quite literally brought me to my knees. They were able to get me the same day the issue occurred. They took their time to understand the problem, and even did an X-ray on my neck before they did any work on it whatsoever. I greatly appreciated their thoroughness here.They set me on a plan for the next couple of months that not only took care of my neck issue; but other issues that have been lingering for years.I've been to chiropractic practices before where they just throw you on a table, make some adjustments, and you're on your way. That's not the case here. No matter how busy they are on any given day, they take time to fully grasp any recent issues you have; and they talk you through what they're doing and why the issue may be happening. You leave Academy Injury with a great adjustment and strong advice to help prevent those issues moving forward.I absolutely love the staff. From front desk to therapy to chiropractic, the vibes here are just good. I'm on a first name basis with just about everybody there. When your health and wellness is a concern, going to a place that's both familial AND familiar goes such a long way.Finally, my schedule is all over the place with my job at times. I've had to move appointments more than I'd like to admit, but they are always willing to accomodate. Their hours during the week are robust and allow you to get in before or after work. “I was in a bad car accident in 2009 & dealt with neck & back pain for a long time. It wasn't until last year after an X-ray showed straightening of the cervical spine that I decided to seek chiropractic care. I am so thankful I was referred to dr Bagnell's practice. John says the change is amazing, feels like he is walking on a cloud ?. John no longer has pain when walking.
