Our Well pump failed. Called JSL @ 7a Monday. They called back within the hour and Steve arrived an hour later to properly diagnose. New water pump was installed by noon same day. Very clean and had concern for bringing dirt into our home. Nothing was left laying in our yard. Outstanding service and the final price was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!
Outstanding Service from Dakota at JSL
After discovering a large puddle of water and a steady stream leaking from my hot water tank yesterday, I immediately called JSL in a panic. The next morning at 7:45 AM, JSL called to confirm a plumber could come out to handle the emergency replacement.
By 12:30 PM, Dakota arrived to save the day.
From the moment he arrived, Dakota was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He patiently answered every question I had about hot water heaters and worked with impressive speed. He completed the full replacement quickly and ensured the workspace was thoroughly cleaned up afterward.

Had an emergency pipe leak after the recent flooding. JSL showed up promptly early in the morning after a call the evening before. If the pipe explodes next week I'll come and update my review. Though I don't think it will. Dakota did a wonderful job. He was very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up when he was done, and other than the excellent craftsmanship, you wouldn't know he was here. The price wasn't dirt cheap but was more than fair considering all that I got for my money including efficiency and proficiency. Would hire again.
