“My husband and I are first time homebuyers. prior to coming to Berkshire Hathaway and meeting Tony White we were working with another Real Estate company and agent who knew we were first time buyers and had no idea what the process of buyer a home consist of the agent was not informative or aggressive as far as looking out for the buyer but was more for the seller we would ask questions and never received answers. after getting frustrated my husband and I got discouraged and decided to give up on being home owners and continue renting. After discussing it a little more we replaced the agent and real estate company and said we would go with another company and agent. We found Tony White who was an agent for Berkshire Hathaway we explained to him the experience we had with the last agent we had he immediately apologized for the bad experience we had and assisted us giving us his undivided attention explained the process step by step,was available any time of day and night to answer any questions we had as my husband would wake up in the middle of the night with a question send Tony a text and he instantly replied back. He put us in touch with loan officers who were informative as well and guided us through the process at times it did get overwhelming and frustrating but they stuck in there with us. And we closed on our very first home on the 17th of this month. the whole process took less than 45 days. “It is with great enthusiasm that we recommend Pasch Builders to anyone out there considering one of his properties. Several months ago my husband & I were in search of an ideal community for my parents who live back in the York area. This was a bit of a challenge since we live in San Diego and were reliant upon any relationships we could cultivate remotely. A good friend of mine recommended The Paddock at Equine Meadows in Red Lion, an Independent-living Senior Community and so the search began. Over the course of the several (expedient) weeks that ensued, when we interacted with the Pasch Team and his staff, there was not a single instance in which our phone call was not returned or the outcome in a given situation unfavorable. It is quite a process when you (or your loved ones) have lived in their home for decades. It can be intimidating, daunting, frustrating at times and of course overwhelming. With that in mind, Tim and Mike Gordon, the Project & Maintenance Manager were stellar every step of the way! As an only child to my parents, I can sleep well at night knowing full well they are now in a beautiful new condo with wonderful neighbors and gorgeous amenities so if there's an issue we can't resolve? We know we are in good hands and will be met with courtesy, professionalism and a timely response. Five Stars Indeed!!!“
