Adam and his team were very professional and highly responsive throughout the sales process. They pointed out what issues with the house needed to be addressed for maximum impact, and how to effectively prepare the house for showings. Then they put together and executed a great marketing plan— when we saw the beautiful pictures of our house online, my wife and I joked that we weren’t sure we wanted to sell anymore!Long story short, our house was only on the market for 4 days— we had 14 showings and 4 offers. Excellent sales agent. I live in Baltimore and was selling residential real estate in York that my sister had just vacated in order to enter a retirement home in Baltimore. I had, consequently, to rely on a York real estate sales agent not only to sell the property but also to arrange the removal of chattels left behind, clean up the premises, accomplish minor repairs, and otherwise provide all needed local services to consummate the sale.
