Outstanding business. They got us in very quickly. They called us when they were on the way and they got there on time. They explained everything in great detail and were very polite and did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything thoroughly and the results are great. I highly recommend them. I had thoroclean out to clean and microban my carpets and they turned out better then expected. I had them cleaned in the the past without microban and they got stiff and musky and smelled like a wet dog. This time we had them microbaned and that completely took care of the doggie odor and our carpets didn't get stiff.The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions and will definitely use them again.
