“I recently visited Marchese Opticians with a busted frame, two good lenses, and faint hope that the lenses could be fitted to a new frame. Diana helped me realize this hope by offering the very solution that I sought, and then mobilizing her team to get the job done. Within two hours of waling into the shop, the lenses were adapted to a new frame-, saving me considerable time and expense. I am all the more impressed since the glasses were purchased in another state where I had previously resided. Let me add that I felt highly valued as a customer throughout the process, and observed other happy customers during my visit. The first time I purchased glasses was in person elsewhere and I was so overwhelmed by all of the options. I took a long time trying things on and ended up with subpar frames. The second time I purchased glasses online. The frames were better, but didn't fit well because they weren't adjusted the way they need to be. I really appreciate the approach that Bill Curran took with me when I went to buy my new pair. He gave me a few options that he recommended, saving a lot of time and overwhelm. “Nathan: One of my favorite sunglasses had one of its arms broken from the hinge. It was a pair of Dior sunglasses and an expensive one. It seemed to be an impossible task of finding a place to get it repaired and put the arm back to the glasses but I googled and found Marchese. They were able to take it in and send it to a external repairman. Took two weeks but they called me and I was so happy! It looked so new! i recommend you take your glass repairs to Marchese. He corrected my prescription after one of the big nationwide companies messed it up several times. The selection of frames is smaller than the bigger companies, but really nice frames.
