Rick installed a new water heater for me. He was punctual and very knowledgeable. A couple weeks later my heater stopped working. Our water heater leaked on Friday night and Rick Grimley promptly showed up on Saturday to troubleshoot the problem. He was able to bypass the hot water heater so our family had cold water for the rest of the weekend. He returned on Monday when parts were available and replaced the water heater.
