Called the office to obtain a status for my families bench. I first was told it would take a year from a recent email from somewhere. I quickly stated that is current status. My order was placed 5 to 6 minths previously. I paid in fullcash 14,000.00, an that was my only response. I called back to speak with the administrator. Seems to be a customer service task to support the office. I was told it would take a week, to find my paperwork an make a call to inquire about my family bench. I said i would call the next day. I was busy, an a week later still no call back. In the mean time three of my family remains still dont have there final resting place. Really poor customer...read full review

I would like to share my reviews on Andrew and Matt. They have been unbelievable individuals maintaining my daughter and grandsons site. They are unbelievable workers. They are always reliable.Along with the other grounds crew , they are amazing as well. If I ever need some thing, they are reliable.

I give them a 4 star but only because of the beautiful mausoleum where my parents are buried and where I will eventually be buried.But, I give them a 2 star on returning calls about prepaid opening and closing of niche for my husband that I didn't use and chose to bury him here in Florida at the national cemetery so I can easily visit him and so can his family since it's close to Disney. Apparently, Once they have your money, you're not getting it back!
