6AM - 2PM
7634 Westmoreland Ave, Pittsburgh“This is a wonderful studio. I attend the Sunday 10am beginner class with Mark and the Wednesday 6pm Sivananda class with Virginia weekly. I took yoga at an Iyengar studio in Minneapolis for a couple of years and have been searching for someplace since we moved back to Pgh. I took a couple of classes at Yoga on Centre (which is wonderful) but I feel like Mark's style of teaching is more accessible. He does a wonderful job emphasizing self-care and encouraging mindfulness of each movement. Virginia is also wonderful. I strongly recommend going out of your way to check out this studio in Aspinwall.“

Its ambiance exudes warmth, peacefulness and creativity, making it one of the best places in the city for those seeking to learn, grow, meditate, and move.Whether you're an early bird wanting some solitary time on your mat amidst the morning's quietude or someone yearning for a tight-knit, nurturing community, this studio has it all. Each brings a unique style, yet all are united in their depth of knowledge, creativity, and commitment. Drawing from both time-honored traditions and contemporary scientific insights, they ensure that every student's journey is both enlightening and grounded in safety. For those seeking deeper dives into specific aspects of their practice, the workshops offer invaluable opportunities. They are thoughtfully crafted, providing students with rich insights and hands-on experience. And last but certainly not the least, the Sunday 'church' classes are a transcendent experience. You matter.“

“Love, love, love this studio! If you are looking to find a spiritual place to move your mind and body, go to "church" on Sunday's with Asaka. She brings your center to a place that is peaceful and full, leaving you energized to return for whatever she'll guide you to next week. Every Sunday is something new, the flow, the movements and the mind bend.... I'm here for all of it. She's great. Love love love. Get yourself to church. You won't regret it.“

7:30AM - 3PM
1500 Washington Rd Suite 2601, Pittsburgh“I was never able to find an exercise program that I would stick with consistently until I found Club Pilates South Hills. Flexible classes & schedules, patient & fun instructors, no class is ever the same and easily modifiable movements that helped me build confidence and my skill level even through injury. The 50 minute classes provide much needed 'me time' that I find very meditative - once I get on the reformer, I block everything else out and focus only on the instructor's voice. Having never even attempted a plank when I started 3 years ago, they were quite a challenge for me and my 'weak arms' at first but with the support of the CP team, at 57 I can now plank with the best of them. One day after class Mari Jo commented on how strong I'd become. No one had ever said that to me before and I started tearing up. Then I realized, she's right, I am strong and I have CP to thank.“
“Thanks so much for the best yoga experience during my week in Pittsburgh! Loved your studio and all the instructors!“

This is by far the best studio I've encountered, having the friendliest people, the most serious yet fun approach to the discipline, and the the best physical studio of any. A wide range of styles is offered and classes are frequent and well-run. Membership is affordable and fair, offering great value for the money. Yay, Yoga Factory.“

“SNEHA Yoga & Wellness Collective is a home away from home, where there are so many inspiring classes, workshops and services to choose from. I feel so welcomed and nourished each time I walk in the door. I highly recommend SNEHA Yoga & Wellness as the top destination in Pittsburgh for a welcoming, community oriented yoga + wellness space.“
“After constant encouragement from a friend, I finally decided to take a hot yoga class at Yoga Flow in ShadySide. This was over a year ago and I have been going weekly ever since, so this review is long overdue. When I started, I had very little yoga knowledge so it can be overwhelming as a guy to join a class. Any concerns were quickly washed away though as I was greeted prior to entering the room. Dominique is an amazing person and welcomed me with open arms. The way she guides the class, embraces the energy, and helps lead her students one their individual journey is truly second to none. I have been to multiple different classes, ran by many of the Yoga Flow teachers, and they all carry that same positive energy. This is much more than just a yoga class - it is a community of like-minded individuals coming together to experience a spiritual journey while adding in some movement along the way. Whether you are a long-time yogi, or just a newcomer looking for a new experience, you will leave feeling like the best version of yourself and will most likely make some great connections with the people there along the way. Namaste.“

“They have some very talented instructors at Yoga Love, they are all so dedicated, creative and helpful. It's a small studio, and they work you hard, but you learn a lot.Parking can be challenging at times, but I don't have a problem with on street parking, especially if the class is after 6 pm or on Sunday. The space is inviting and comfortable. The other students are friendly. The staff is welcoming, encouraging and well trained.“
6AM - 8PM
730 Copeland St, Pittsburgh“I moved here from Denver a few years ago, and I’ve been looking for a core power-like experience ever since! (Hot room, active, high intensity, music.)I’ve found that in Amazing Yoga! The owners are incredible. The music is perfect. The room temperature is ideal. I’m hooked.“
“I had a wonderful time starting my day off today with a massage from Heather. She was SO helpful and curious about how she could use massage to best help with my physical pain. She answered my questions to the best of her knowledge without judgement, which I appreciated! I am really looking forward to working with Heather in the future. Also, I felt so light and relaxed after the massage as well. Would highly recommend!“
