I was never able to find an exercise program that I would stick with consistently until I found Club Pilates South Hills. Flexible classes & schedules, patient & fun instructors, no class is ever the same and easily modifiable movements that helped me build confidence and my skill level even through injury. The 50 minute classes provide much needed 'me time' that I find very meditative - once I get on the reformer, I block everything else out and focus only on the instructor's voice. I love this Club Pilates! This is the first (and only) Pilates studio I've gone to. The instructors are top notch - knowledgeable and friendly. I can easily modify the classes to suit how I'm feeling on any particular day. It has changed my entire body composition, which I was not expecting. I look forward to each and every class. At age 50, I actually feel strong and fit! The studio is beautifully maintained and very clean. All of the staff are so nice and welcoming.
Club Pilates is a great place to stay toned and in shape. The facility is very clean and well maintained. The classes are varied and they work many muscle groups with emphasis on core. The cardio sculpt works great. I have a bad knee and cannot do regular jumping jacks but can accomplish a good cardio without putting strain there. I am seeing steady improvement in my core strength
