Welte roofing recently completed a siding job on our 1932 Tudor Revival home. Jeremy worked closely and patiently with us to help select the appropriate color and style of siding that would best suit our house. He was always available for questions and responded quickly to emails and telephone calls. He also made several visits to our property with different sample and suggestions for the project. Our house with a slate roof developed a small leak near one of the chimneys (late spring 2023). Welte Roofing came out and fixed the small leak quickly to our great relief. We followed up with a request for a pro-active maintenance plan assuming we would be there for another 30 years. Welte gave detailed recommendations around the replacement of the flashing (two chimneys); scraping, prepping, painting valleys, dormer flashing and vent pipes; inspect and seal leaks in aluminum gutters; repair missing, broken or slipped slate.
