I used The Bee Hunter first in August at that time I thought Jim was kinda a little unfriendly. I had to call him back for additional problems. He returned promptly, he showed up a little early which was great. At that time we had more time to converse we talked about current events. I also found out that he's a Scorpio as is my wife and 4 siblings. They are very well educated and excellent at whatever they're job is. He was more relaxed and friendly. He did not charge me for my additional infestation. I even let him meet my Golden Retriever. He may not seem customer friendly but he is especially after the dog warmed his heart.
