My step daughter called us around midnight in a panic bc of a suspected bedbug problem and the bites she found on her body. We found a problem in my parent’s place in Pittsburgh and needed to coordinate resolution from out of state.I initially left a message which was promptly returned same day and I was able to schedule an inspection and the first part of the service next day. So easy!Kevin was responsive and helpful and kept me abreast of the situation and provided potential costs and plans for removal.Great service! Kevin came out to do an inspection for possible bed bugs. (He didn’t find any evidence.)He spent time explaining various options (dogs), and why he felt there was no sign of bedbugs at this point.I appreciated his patience, and his generosity with his time and professional experience. (As part of a no-cost initial inspection!)I’m relieved he didn’t find bedbugs; I would certainly recommend Integrated to anyone with a possible bedbug issue.(Anytime someone is honest enough to say “you don’t need our services”, that’s a double relief.)Service: General pest inspection
