“I called Always Perfect to come check my overflowing gutters because my roof company said clogged gutters were not covered under the warranty. The crew immediately found the "clog" which was the metal circle cut from the gutter so the downspout would fit in the gutter. The gutter company actually left the metal part behind and it was stuck in the downspout causing the overflow.
