“Lisa and Emelia at Touchstone Pilates have given me the ability to participate in my life again. Due to spinal issues that limited my mobility and caused debilitating pain, I spent the better part of two years in physical therapy but still had many limitations. I consulted with two spinal surgeons who both recommended spinal fusion surgery. A strong core helps with the recovery process after spinal surgery, so I called Lisa at Touchstone Pilates. “I just got home from a Cardio Sculpt class and it was my favorite. But that is how I felt last night after the Control class and 2 nights ago after Center and Balance! Oh, and the Suspend class and Flow classes are my favorites too! Joined about 16 months ago and signed up for unlimited classes which cost more than other gyms but I knew that I would go to get my money's worth. However, I LOVE these classes and the physical and mental impact each class brings. It is 50 minutes of ME time and all I have to think about is moving in and out and strengthening my body. The instructors of the classes I take- Julie, Deonna, Regina, Amy- all my favorites. So skilled. Challenging but fun sessions. One of the best decisions I've made.
