DO NOT USE KELLERS CONTRACTING Mr. Keller and I signed a contract that detailed 11 home improvement tasks to be completed by April 22nd for the total amount of $41,683. Start date was around February 25th. The payment schedule we had agreed to was split up in quarter amounts of the total with the indicator of payment being progress of tasks. The first payment was made on 2/25/22 to get the job started. The second payment was paid on 3/10/22. In early April, Mr. Keller assured me he was more than halfway completed with his tasks as he was almost done with the "bigger tasks" and the remaining effort for him and his crew (who had not shown yet) will keep him on schedule to deliver the remaining tasks by the agreed-upon date of April 22nd. At that time, he demanded the 3rd payment of which was paid on 4/8/2022. A 4th partial payment was paid on 6/15/22 for reasoning that Mr. Keller stated he had a niece pass away and needed to help with funeral costs. To summarize payments and as of this complaint filed on 8/8/2022, Mr. Keller has been paid 3 of 4 full payments and an additional $2500 of the 4th payment totaling $33,762.28 or 80% of the contracted money amount. Regarding contractual work tasks, ONLY 2 of the 11 tasks (or 18%) have been completed by Kellers Contracting and the work has come to a full stop as of 7/16/22. I've been robbed. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General and the BBB. DO NOT USE KELLERS CONTRACTING

I was ripped off by him for a deposit to do work, he left ladders and took a check and never gave us a copy of his contract and never showed up to do the work. I learned a valuable lesson about not trusting Keller Contracting. We asked him for a refund even a partial and he refused and threatened legal action if I posted anything negative about him. I contacted the local magistrate and decided that $1,300 was not worth going to court over and getting more upset. The real issue is I have no proof of what he did on my roof. He did no visible work that he claimed he did. We asked for photos and did not get any. I would be very careful about using this guy. He ripped us off and I hope he does not do the same to others. Be careful. I am also curious to see if he comes after me after ripping me off and not fixing my roof.
