We just had a wonderful experience with Sipes and sons construction. They completed a very unique job that required foresight and skills in many areas of construction. They came VERY highly recommended by the engineer and now I understand why. On a side note they left the job site which is a home with 2 young children clean every day. I can't give them as high praise as I want to.

Sipes showed up to repoint my old block foundation only a couple days after quoting me - the crew did an awesome job. We walked through the job and talked about some causes of my problems, and they even did some extra spots for me.

We have used Sipes and Son for 2 projects now and both have been professionally done to the highest quality. Their dedication to detail is impressive and their flexibility and understanding of situations that arise is appreciated. You may have to get in line for their work, but for us having cycled through contractors these guys were worth the wait.
