We have a yearly contract with White Heating for two visits per year. The previous review was for the heating system maintenance. This one is for the AC system maintenance. The technician Kevin was on time and checked both inside and outside units. He also installed a filter supplied by me. He was very professional and easy to talk to. His report had a lot of details such as average life expectancy and the condition of the unit which is very helpful from a planning perspective. Really appreciated his work.

“Admiral did an great job for us replacing a 15 year old leaking AC unit. We got 5 quotes, and they were the most reasonable. They were able to fit us in quickly, and their team who did the install was excellent! It was done cleanly and within a half of a day. “I've been using Ted Thompson for maybe a year for regular service of AC & furnace. Even before their first visit, Tammy talked me out of paying them for service she knew based on her expertise that I didn't need when I called them to schedule. Rob, the technician I have met, is always friendly and obviously highly competent. Early last night my furnace died in the middle of a spell of sub-freezing temperatures. Rather than calling a 24-hour service, I stuck it out overnight in the house and called Ted Thompson first thing this morning. Rob was out here by 11:30 and had my furnace up and working again in under an hour. Literally a life-saver. I cannot say enough good things about this small but mighty team, but they have my business for life now. FWIW I posted on social media today about how great they are and another complete stranger from the pgh area commented "I know those folks and can confirm. Rob is the best and I could not recommend them enough!!" Strong agree!!“
