Technician was courteous and very thorough in his work. He also clearly explained his answers to my questions. I've used White Heating for several years now and am confident in trusting them with my HVAC maintenance and repair needs.
Tyler was very kind and engaged. Answered all my questions patiently and went above and beyond to test the system and find the faulty part. Hopefully once the replacement is in, we’ll be in good shape.
From point of contact this morning, with furnace shut down on a freezing day, the service timeframe and response team at White Heating was phenomenal. Service technician, Kevin, was prompt, efficient, very polite and helpful. Answered all our questions and provided tremendous service and gave me insight into our HVAC unit. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Will use them again!
