We hired AguaGuard for am interior french drain project. We found the entire experience with AguaGuard, from the initial estimate through the installation to be easy, informative and very professional. The owner (Tom), Paula in the office, and the entire installation crew (especially Shawn the supervisor) were extremely pleasant to work with and were happy to answer all of my questions. The work was done timely and the clean up was complete. AguaGuard delivered what the promised and I would recommend using them!
As is common with renovation projects, we ran into some drainage issues and were immediately referred to Tom Gallagher and Aquaguard Systems by our contractor (Jason of Premier Kitchen and Bath), who had Tom on speed dial. Tom came out right away and assessed the issue and explained in detail the process necessary to fix our problem. Fortunately for us Tom was able to fit us into his busy schedule to avoid delays to our original reno. project. Days later Shawn and his crew were on scene, immediately started digging up our basement and garage to install French drains and a sump pump. We have used Aquaguard a few times for both our commercial properties as well as our home and they were fantastic. They solved all our water issues and prevented any future issues.
