I used A-1 to level out and recaulk my entire driveway which consisted of 8 - 10' x 12' concrete slabs. Some slabs were out of level by 3 inches and some had migrated a couple inches away from each other. Their work greatly exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with their work and everytime I go outside I feel like I've been given a brand new driveway. I would highly recommend A1 and will most certainly be trying their concrete power washing services come springtime.
For the last two years, I was experience sinking of a back porch slab that I had enclosed as a mudroom. They were able to lift it so now my doors will open and close. If you have a similar issue, I would suggest that you call sooner than later. They were wonderful to work with and we're here in a timely matter. I should've called them last year. Don't wait. Call them for help. They're great.
This is third time I have used A-1 concrete. They have done great work, leveling sidewalks to avoid tripping hazards and catching the snow shovel, as well as fixing a front walkway that was sinking due to adjacent erosion. We had them come back to relevel the front walkway after 10 years due to landscaping work that caused more sloping. They also caulked a concrete pad that had heaved due to water downspout issues. All the work was done professionally and quickly. The price was very reasonable and much less expensive than replacing the areas.
