I contracted Phillips Home Improvement to resurface my flat roof. They applied a GAF rubber roof over the old rubber roof. The job was done in 2 1/2 days by two experienced men. They did the work exactly to specifications, attentive to detail and cleanliness.
I was pleased with the finish product and would hire them again. Their bid for the work came in line with other contractors.

So far as best as I can tell the work was done excellently. I really won't totally be she until we get our first serious snow storm. That's when my daughter who lives in the house says that it would leak, but from the previous pictures to the pictures after the finished work, It looks great!!

Recently the guys repaired my deck. I am satisfied with the results. The guys did the job very professionally and were very respectful. They cleaned up very nicely after each day of work. John was very helpful explaining my options beforehand. Marie was awesome with the communication and follow up. Overall a great experience with the company.
