I settled on a house that used this company 2.5 years ago and since the first couple of months it’s been problems. I’ve been calling him over and over again, to only get my calls ignored and when he did respond via text like a coward he wanted to get passive aggressive with me, which is a no no. He’s been saying he would come out too many times to count and never showed up and when he did show up he claimed the problem was fixed and I was still getting leaks. These guys must be on something because I've had nothing but problem after problem with the new roof they had supposedly done. My brand new bathroom keep getting rained on because of the roof and ceiling leaking And it keep getting worst each time it rains and they keep sending these guys out that appear to be under the influence of narcotics!!! Please do not patronize this company or you will regret that you did!!!

Settled on a house that needed the roof replace in 2018. Valentino roofing did the job within the process I was quoted at. Had a few shingles partially detach from one of the storms we received through winter. Called them on a Saturday and Val got back to me the following week, sent his guys out, and fixed the shingles within a day of contacting me. Had no issues.
