My kitty Ricky required a Cystotomy this past Monday. He is the sweetest little boy, and we were so concerned as this is major surgery. The team at BluePearl Philadelphia took wonderful care of him before, during, and after surgery in a very loving and caring manner. I received daily updates and when I called I was well informed of how he was doing after surgery. He is taking his meds like a good little man and getting lots of rest. Thank you for the lovely sympathy card.
Had to bring my cat in twice within 24 hours. Everyone was very helpful and considerate. They even waived the check in fee the second time because I came in within 24 hours. I appreciate their care, honesty, candor and timeliness. Recommend for anyone who has a pet emergency.
My kitty ended up eating string, and Dr Andrew and the rest of the nursing staff really took care of our kitty! She has now had a successful surgery and is back to herself. We cannot thank them enough.
