I’m new to Philly and have only had two office visits so far and am already loving this practice! We first saw Dr.Bujhanda for a warm, thorough, and relaxed meet and greet. She listened to my crazy dog mom concerns, was so nonjudgmental, and genuinely cared about my pup and her health. She was so wonderful and clearly a top tier vet. I loved her and the practice already and was so happy that we chose SHV at that point and now after this more recent visit, I am even more sure. My dog seemed off over the weekend but it was not an emergency, they were closed but Diana at the front desk *still* called me back to schedule me first thing on Monday. SHVH has taken care of our beasts these 40 years, and they continue to provide expert veterinary care with real sensitivity and compassion. Came here during a 2 week visit to Philly to get my dog’s new lump checked out. This is probably the best vet service I’ve ever experienced! The front staff is wonderful and super responsive (they even text with you!). Today on my second visit i got to meet Dr. Casavecchia— absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and reassuring. If you’re looking for a new vet in Philly or are here temporarily like me, I HIGHLY recommend!
