I usually have Maria but this time I've had Nancy. I know she does a great job even before I went in due to always seeing her on the Oxford message board and her recommendations. She already knew my cut of my hair due to Maria letting her know. I've also had Sarah cut my hair not to exclude her but all the girls do a great job!

I love coming here and wandering around to pick through everything as there's always new stuff to find. I'm always discovering new woods I've never even heard of. Plan to spend some time here unless you work something out with them ahead of time. It's big and the layout is delightfully organic ?
The first few times I came i was completely overwhelmed as I had never purchased rough lumber and it seemed like everyone but me know what they were doing. I was too embarrassed to ask. Don't be like me... if you're new, just ask for help. Everyone is super nice and knowledgeable. I understand they're building a nice new showroom which I'm very excited for and am sure it will help make things more streamlined too.

My cat is very challenging to groom, but we have no other option with him. He put up a fight with these wonderful ladies, yet they were still able to get it done (and still welcomed us back for future services!) We are very thankful for their kindness and patience!
Zach is amazing. Had a fantastic experience as first time home buyers. He was professional and HONEST. His integrity while looking at our potential home was unmatched. He spoke clearly about issues and things that may need to be addressed and was very consise without all the mumbo jumbo of contracting work. Ladies there are amazing! My entire family has Lea care for our hair. I started to see Lea as she is a curly haired girls best friend and always does an amazing job no matter how tough the dye, cut or no cut is! I rate the entire salon a 10 out of 10.
We first worked with Oxford Cabinetry several years ago for a mini-kitchen update; they did a fantastic job adding a few new cabinets to our current 15 year old ones, and we could not have asked for better workmanship and service. As a result, we were happy to have their help again in renovating our master bath. For our application, both their semi-custom and custom lines were competitively priced, as were they compared to two other cabinet companies we researched.
The whole process ran very smoothly from design to installation and our cabinets are just beautiful! Everyone we dealt with was super helpful and knowledgeable in answering questions and making suggestions to help us through every step of the decision-making process. I have been ordering from A-1 in Oxford for years now. This is truly a fantastic company with great staff, great pricing, and high-quality materials.
They always have what I need, their delivery time is always quick, and everyone at this company that I've interacted with his has been so helpful. When I call, the staff is always great with me asking a ton of (sometimes silly) questions about what they carry, their pricing, and sizes/amounts.
The delivery drivers themselves are so good too! They've been excellent about dropping exactly where I want, even when nobody is home. They're always super careful navigating our driveway (and some admittedly overgrown trees). This last delivery, I forgot to move my tarp to where I wanted it. Not only was the driver kind enough to wait for me to grab my tarp, he even helped me get it in position! He dropped my order with great care to keep space between the two different types of stone I got.
When I used dyed mulch in my gardens, their black mulch was my favorite. I'm a big fan of their gardener's soil mix, I've used it in all of my beds and will continue to do so, my plants love it! They're also my go-to supplier for bulk river rocks. The variety in color and sizing makes them a perfect choice for so many projects.
Photos are of my last order, one ton of 3/8 inch Salmon Stone, the larger stones are 2-4 inch Salmon stone mixed with 3-7 inch Delaware River Rock. They were kind enough to accommodate a request for a half ton of each of the larger stones mixed together!

They do a great job with our lawncare. They have been cutting our grass for the last 3 years and they do a great job and are reasonable. They also took out a lot of trees (10 of them) and did an awesome job would definitely recommend them for tree and landscaping.

My experience with Unionville was short and quick but very pleasant! I adopted a horse and needed a health cert done. I am based in NC so everything was done over the phone. I was extremely anxious about the entire process as it was my first time shipping a horse without being present. Unionville definitely helped ease my stress about it all.
Very friendly place. Very happy with the results and service. Only 4 stars because I couldn't figure out how to get into the parking lot without driving over a curb, so I parked on a side street, and tips are cash only, so I had to use the atm and pay a fee.

Great staff and always helpful. I was partial to the staff before when Katie and the other ladies who have now left were there.....BUT Holly is magnificent. She's one of a kind and I thoroughly enjoy her professionalism and knowledge while she keeps you laughing. Sometimes when businesses make changes, you tend be on guard with the new staff. The minute I met Holly I knew she was the perfect person for the job. My family would rather come here and be treated kindly, then go somewhere that just wants your money. Shout out to the ladies there, you are doing a magnificent job.
