Fantastic customer service, even when I needed to reschedule. They explained to me that deposits do not transfer if you want a different artist. They are clear about how things work, are very friendly and professional, and most importantly they do great work. They have allowed rescheduling, last minute changes of ideas (even when I changed it to a tattoo that would make them less money), and they will even create a design based off of your wishes. The talent in this shop is immense. I would, and have, recommend(ed) this shop. This is my go to shop. Shannon is my go to artist but they're all great, check them out, you won't be disappointed.

Had an issue with black ink spreading away from actual original tattoo and Rachel made it right and preserved the most important part of the original tattoo! Love the new watercolor work!

What I like is that each artist knows their limits and won't try to pressure you into anything. They will be quick to refer you to another artist (within the shop) if they aren't the best for what you are looking for. As they have a talented, and varying skilled staff, there is no need to find another shop. My normal artist is Shannon and she is wonderful, patient (because I am very indecisive) and she does great, great work. She is willing to explain things, she is very professional, and is a master of her craft. Shannon has on (2) separate occasions told me that she wouldn't do a job because her counterpart would be better suited for the style of tattoo that I was discussing...read full review
