They have a capacity to complain that's unmatched. My experience is that the guys that work here are way more professional than most painters I've met. Yes they make you wait for almost all material, but one time we had a defective product and they took care of it immediately… This was the only time this happened out of several years worth of business. They literally replaced an entire house of hardwood floors immediately, at not cost to me- even touching up paint, etc. It would be 5 stars, but they do make you wait for product to ship oversees most of the time.“
