“Dr. Rob is an amazing practitioner! I've seen a handful of acupuncturists throughout the years with varying degrees of success, but Dr. Rob is incredibly skilled. His diagnostic process is spot on, he listens to both what the body and the person is saying to develop an effective treatment plan. I initially went to see him for some sleep issues and depression and within a month he had me feeling like a different person. He is more than happy to discuss and explain any of the modalities and treatments and he does so with an absolutely charming disposition. He also is incredibly honest and provides opportunity for you to weigh in on your progress and treatment plan (ie he won't tell you to come more than necessary). He is also very present during consults making sure he takes the time needed to answer questions and make you feel like you are getting his full attention.The practice has easy online appointment scheduling which is an added bonus and ample easy parking out front. The office itself is clean, comfortable, and welcoming and while I've had minimal contact with other staff those small encounters have been pleasant.Note that if you have mobility constraints to access the office requires navigating a few stairs down (with handrails) once you enter the building. I'm not sure if there is an alternate entrance.Go ahead and schedule for anything that ails you!“

“Based on my experience with Anthony and Mason at Harts Run Fitness, I can confidently say that they are excellent trainers who are dedicated to helping their clients achieve their fitness goals. I approached Anthony almost an year back with severe low back pain, labrum injury and hip impingement syndrome. I found his knowledge and expertise in fitness and exercise exceptional. Until then, my doctors and physical therapists were working on symptom control and planning to consider surgical options if it doesn't work, Anthony talked to me about making me stronger and working on my overall fitness and goals.He created personalized workout plans that catered to my specific needs. He also made me understand proper form and technique, which was essential for ensuring that I got the most out of my workouts. I am glad to say that six months down the line I felt much better and my symptoms were completely under control. “The heat in this location is one of the strongest yoga studios in the city. Instructors varies depends on the time of the day/week , so are their experiences in Yoga. There are bathrooms and showers that people can use in the classrooms and gears for sale at the entrance. Highly recommended.“

“I highly recommend Dr. Karly Allen for those returning to sport after injury. I had a hard trail running fall that pulled my glute, injured my knee, and tightened my hamstring terribly (I had no idea how compromised my range of motion was until she showed me what was going on). I was training for a long trail race and was unable to run without pain. Dr. Allen was the perfect match for my needs: she is an athlete herself (ballet, triathlons, Rachel Carson Trail Challenge finisher), runs the office "Back to Sport" program, and took me (a middle aged woman trying to reach her distance running goals) seriously. Our twice-weekly office visits were scoped appropriately and graduated in intensity over time to build strength and balance in my weak areas, and also included pain relief and management interventions (massage, muscle scraping). The take home exercise plan Dr. Allen created for me went beyond just strengthening my injured areas, but was a more holistic approach to give strength, balance, and mobility to the surrounding support areas (core, quads, hip flexors). I was able to do the race I wanted to do without pain, and am continuing to do the take home exercises because the whole experience was more than just "fixing" me, it was an education in how to keep fitter and stronger for the long haul. “I have taken gyrokenesis classes at Sneha for close to a year and have absolutely loved the studio, the people and this particular class. I have Lymphedema in my left arm as a result of breast cancer treatment and have found gyrokenesis (a type of movement, stretching, breathing exercise) to be enormously helpful in keeping my lymphatic system running well. Sneha is a peaceful, gorgeous studio. They offer a range of wellness and movement opportunities, although I just take the GK classes with Alejandro. My experience there has been a joy.“
“The yoga factory provides the yoga experience I have been searching for. It is both serious and fullfilling. Each instructor is professional and dedicated to thier practice. I greatly appreciate that the class schedule states if there will be music. I do not like music while I practice. Because the yoga factory informs me of which classes will be playing music, i know which classes to avoid. Additionally the amenities are clean and well maintained. I am so happy to have found the yoga factory!“

“I am obese and have been coming here about 5 times a week for a month. The first week I thought I might die. However, that improved and I can now touch my toes for the first time in my adult life. “I have been practicing yoga on my own for a year or two with an app. I am interested in learning from someone with experience and trying partner yoga. It is not easy to do partner yoga when you don't know anyone else that even does yoga. This was my first experience doing yoga with other people and I was a bit nervous. Katie was awesome and made me feel very welcome. So did the other ladies that were there. I learned a few new poses and loved the energy during the session. I will definitely go back.“
