“We had lost power for 2 days due to a storm and had to have our wires reattached to our house. After booking an appointment with another contractor who called 8 hours after the scheduled appointment time and arrogantly said his rates just tripled due to high demand, we told him no thanks and decided to try someone else. Luckily I called Sargent Electric at 8:00 the next morning and after explaining our situation was told that even though they were booked solid for the week they would see what they could do. Within two hours they had someone come to our house and by noon the repair was completed at 15% of the price we had been quoted by the other contractor. The two electricians from Sargent were courteous and efficient and explained what they were doing and patiently answered our questions. They even called the next day to see if the electric company turned our power back on yet. After turning down the first contractor and then wondering whether we would be without power for a week, the utility turned it on the next day, thanks to Sargent Electric.Service: Electrical power restoration“
