This company did a five star job. they answer their phone, or they get back to you ASAP, they are polite. They are courteous, they text you the email you, etc. when they are coming and when they are finished, one of the great things I like, is they did not ask for a deposit, or did they ask for any monies until they were completely finished. For a company that can complete a job in the amount of time that it takes them, This is a fantastic asset.. their technicians are very professional, and I enjoyed both of them and trusted both of them on my job site. If you look at my reviews, you’ll see I go above and beyond for my customers and I believe this company meets my standards. I definitely will start using this company full-time. “Derrick at Hawthorne Electrical did a great job. They helped us with hanging an extra large ceiling fan. They also helped us troubleshoot some electrical issues we were having in the house. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Showed up on time and stayed true to the original price that was quoted. Professional, responsive, and quality work. “Little background...1930s Pleasant Hills House with 1930s electric....lived in for 12 years and had issues with each and every switch/outlet since purchased from a flipper in 2008...and finally it was beyond my "expertise" to patch up.I figured I was going to get hosed, just not the case.Called Moses at 8:30 and had an electrician (Chris) out there by 9:30...Chris fixed all the issues which I had in three hours. As with any "older" home the electric is crazy and one circuit accounts for one or two outlets/switches in every room in house. Mines no different...he fixed the three circuits that were causing me problems throughout the entire home.Everything works, everything is grounded, there is no humming, there is no switch without a purpose or power, the amp draw for the circuits are extremely low. Chris from Moses fixed it ALL..$80 for service call and 75$/hour plus parts. No Brainer.Services: Socket or switch repair“
