Cindy cares about all of her clients and is knowledgeable about what each individuals needs are. I first came to the studio on a trial basis due to a back injury and Cindy was able to help beyond my expectations! She teaches what is right for your individual body, and I have learned so much about the correct way to exercise. The classes are small, personalized, and fun! The studio is impeccably, spotlessly clean, and well maintained with state of the art equipment. The instructors are all properly trained and certified. This place is a gem in Washington Crossing!“

She not only tells you what to do, but demonstrates it, explains what you should be feeling while doing it, and does hands on correction if necessary. All while being very gentle. “I've had a great experience with Brian at Chi Balance, who was recommended by my trainer. He's a good listener and has been able to relieve a number of muscle and pain issues. He uses a nice variety of methods and explains everything in a clear way. Making appointments is easy and convenient. Highly recommended for pilates, massage, chiropractic work etc.“

10 Penn Valley Dr, Yardley“Witt Pilates is fantastic. I have been going since the fall to Newbies. Patti is excellent and makes it fun. I am strong in all of the places I was previously weak, despite exercising using HIIT, aerobics, zumba, dance, softball, and yoga. My bunions are even better and my foot pain is nearly gone. My back is stronger and my arms. My yoga practice is even better and my heels are all the way down on down dog. Patti is the best! Try it for yourself. ??“
