I have read some of the negative reviews and yes I have run into the phone situation or office being closed but I have always gotten a call back one way or another. Do I wish they had more hours yes, but does not stop me from going there.“

They patiently showed me how to trim my kittens nails, and informed me on important information I should know regarding the cats health such as vaccines, check ups, etc. additionally they sent me home with a folder of resources and information!
