“Had a wonderful experience. After going to another vet first, they tried to tell me surgery was the only option for my dogs ear/hematoma. I contacted Hamilton animal hospital and they gave me alternative options, which were less invasive and way more affordable. Dr. Erica was incredible. She cleaned her ears, drained the hematoma and gave her a steroid to help the healing process. The nurse, Rodney who helped keep my puppers at ease and calm through the entire procedure, was amazing! The entire office is so wonderful with animals, which sounds like a given but not all places are. They were quick and thorough, patient and kind. And my dog is now on her way to having relief from the pain. I highly recommend this business.“

“I have a bit of a high maintenance, anxious pup. Every single person at this vet office made our experience as stress-free as possible. Dr. Harvey was so kind, patient, and caring with our boy. There was no urgency to end the appointment, nor were we made to feel like a nuisance because of our special needs pup. It is obvious that they genuinely care for animals.“

The vet looked at my cat without an appointment and didn’t over sale vaccinations etc. My cat hates going to the vet but they worked with her and didn’t act scared like the other veterinary in the area. Great prices, great customer service and my cat is feeling better now. Found my vet“
“My daughter and husband went over with her bunny and he wasn’t doing good. We didn’t have an appointment. I told them to take the bunny over because they were still open. They gave him oxygen and made her an appointment for tomorrow because the vet that knows bunnies would be in tomorrow. Unfortunately her bunny got worse and we knew he wasn’t going to make it through the night. They took him back to have him put down but he passed on the way back there. I was on the phone with her and the vet confirmed it. I just want to say thank you for the workers there tonight. They were wonderful with my daughter. I couldn’t be there with her but I heard the compassion they had toward her while I was on the phone with her. Thank you for everything that you did tonight for her and her bunny.“
